A man gets a ticket for not wearing his seatbelt, but he physically can’t put it on. Plus your smart phone could now help you with your annual physical.
ARMLESS MAN TICKETED FOR NOT BUCKLING UP
Steve Simonar was ticketed for not wearing a seatbelt and he says he’ll do whatever it takes to fight it. Simonar wants to fight the ticket, because he has no arms. He was electrocuted 30 years ago and had a custom truck built so he could drive. He is unable to buckle his seatbealt, so when he was pulled over he was issued a $175 ticket. He plans to fight the ticket, ”I’ll go to the Supreme Court, I’ll go to jail over this. I’m not ever gonna pay this ticket.”He even went to the police station and provided a doctor’s note after he got the ticket, but it didn’t waiver the police.
